OpenClaw Workshop Reserve My Spot

4-hour workshop | Build your own AI workforce

Build an AI team that helps your business

OpenClaw

Most people use AI like a search box. In this session, you will use it like hiring staff. We’ll build real agents in OpenClaw, get them collaborating, and leave you with something running for your business—not just ideas.

Cameron M

CTO | AI Practitioner (nearly 30 years)

I’ve been building with AI for the best part of three decades—from early image classification work with the Met Police on London Underground CCTV to modern agent workflows. The focus here is simple: make this useful for your day-to-day work.

Core outcome (what you’ll leave with)

At least 2 working agents

A Sales & Marketing agent, plus an Operations agent—built by you, on the day.

A basic AI team collaborating

You’ll watch them discuss, improve, and agree on a best idea—then you’ll steer it.

A real business use case running

One output you can use immediately: posts, emails, a plan, or an ops improvement.

The 4-hour plan

Here’s the hour-by-hour flow. It’s designed for quick wins and real confidence.

Hour 1

Foundation & mindset shift — remove fear and confusion.

We’ll get aligned on what agents are (in plain English), why “AI as a workforce” is a different way of thinking, and I’ll run a short live demo so you can see agents collaborate before you build your own.

Hour 2

Build your first agents — your first AI employees working.

Guided setup in OpenClaw, then you’ll build two practical agents: one focused on Sales & Marketing, and one focused on Operations. You’ll give them a first task that produces something useful quickly.

Hour 3

Build a collaborating team — agents → team.

We’ll run a proper “team discussion” task: your Sales & Marketing agent and your Operations agent talk to each other, improve the thinking, and agree on one best idea to increase revenue or reduce costs. We’ll review a few outputs together.

Hour 4

Automation & real business application — ideas into action.

We’ll turn the best ideas into real outputs (posts, emails, plans), then you’ll pick a focus—Sales & Marketing or Operations—and create something you can use immediately. We’ll wrap with Q&A and how to scale this inside your business.

Example: what an agent looks like

Marketing Assistant (starter example)

Role

A practical marketing helper for day-to-day work.

Focus

Bringing in new customers and improving messaging.

Typical outputs

Content ideas, first-draft posts/emails, and clearer wording you can tweak and approve.

How we keep it useful (and safe)

  • Plain English. If it needs a glossary, we’re doing it wrong.
  • Fast wins. You see real outputs early, then improve them.
  • Human-in-the-loop. You approve what matters before anything goes out.
  • Built around your business. The same “agent” behaves differently once we tailor it to your context.

Ready to build your AI workforce?

You’ll leave with working agents, a team that collaborates, and one real use case running. If you can use a laptop and ask good questions, you’re ready.
